Can I record TV to my computer without a TV tuner?

Can I record TV to my computer without a TV tuner? I want to record the upcoming 2008 Olympics but I don't know how to record it from TV to PC. Is there a way? My TV can't record my digital TV signal for some reason.

Yes ... and No ... Some sort of tuner has to decode the incoming signal before it can be recorded.

If you have a cable or satellite box, those are tuners. Just run RCA's to video inputs on your PC. Don't have video inputs on PC, see link below.

If you have antenna or or basic cable (with no box), then that needs to be run into a tuner. Again, see below:
