Yes, you can use a litter scooper to scoop the p**p out of litter and go throw it in the backyard but this is only if you are too lazy to go buy new litter. Cats shouldn't go too long without fresh litter...

Ive never heard of litter being recyclable They have litter that eventually dissolves in the earth Clay litter (which most people use) isnt recyclable It takes a really long time for it to dissolve completely Cats are very clean animals So i hope youre not suggesting to wash and reuse the litter you already have because all youre gonna do it have your cat get sick or they will flat out not go in the litterbox at all and will find other places to go to the bathroom But i would suggest getting the earth friendly cat litter over the original clay form of litter Its better for the environment and your cat will favor it more than the clay litter as well
