Can I remove spy ware with downloading anything?

i dont want to download anything ..

i have microsoft vista

If you are not downloading anything off the net then you don't need any security programs...

if you meant that you don't want to have to download anything to protect yourself then unfortunately you do need programs to protect you from spyware...

they are free and some of the best at protecting and removing spyware are

spyware blaster and

spybot search and destroy

You can use Trend Micros Housecall. It is a FREE online scan that will remove malware/spyware. However there is no program in existence that can function without installing itself on your computer this is done through a download or an installation disc. The online scanners will remove almost all trace of themselves upon termination though.
