Can I remove the registry values of a certain program after I delete its main folder?

Question

For example, I have a certain game installed. I cannot uninstall it with the normal uninstall option or with the control panel, so I decided to remove it by deleting its folder. Problem is, the game will leave its registry values behind. Is there a way to remove them as well without using the uninstall option?
