Can I rent a car in Mallorca if I'm 18 (I've had my license for one month though)?

I doubt it, but we never know!

Some countries have different "categories" of vehicles.

We can rent a specific type of car when 18, etc...

Do you know anything about that?

Internationally you have to be 21!!

But you may well be able to hire a scooter, especially if you have a credit card so they can take a deposit!!

As the other two have said, you are to young!

Don't stress to much though.  Why not hire out a moped.  They are sooo much more fun, cheaper and are great for getting out and about.

My bf and I came bk from Mallorca 2 months ago and while we was over there hired one out.  I would definitely advise you to hire one out for at least a day!!!

Oh and you DO NOT need a credit card or need to leave a deposit, you pay up front and they take down your hotel details.  They may ask to see your passport aswell!!!!
