Can I replace butterspread with olive oil in macaroni n cheese?

  2. No, it would not taste good. I would add some real cheese to it to make it more creamy if you dont have butter.

  4. You can always try it , but it doesn't sound very inviting.

  5. Olive oil would make it taste funny.  And you only need a tablespoon or so of butter or margerine not the quarter cup that they call for.  If you really wanted it to be low fat you could just leave it out entirely.

    It's a taste issue, not a fat issue.

  7. I'm not sure about that, but I just made it with mayonnaise instead of butter and that worked.

  8. Kraft Mac and cheese is not vegetarian.
