probably not much wider. Check clearance on swing arm as well as drive unit. That will give you some idea.

Does your rear fender look bent to one side? My dad's and mine both do.

Rule of thumb with tires is one size bigger than stock on the stock rim.

yes you can get the 180/70/15 size but it will be a tight fit, it doesn't look that much different untill you are up close.

most bikes you can go one size up or wider.... be smart to ask the dealer what tires will fit
