Can I replace "Bread Flour" with normal Flour?

Im going to make brioche in the bread machine (its a tried and tested recipe)

The recipe calls for bread flour (as well as yeast for a raising agent) I have Plain Flour and Normal Flour, which flour should i use? and will it work?

  1. use the normal flour with a sour dough culture


  2. Plain will work OK, but bread or strong flour as it is also called would be better.
