Here's the deal. I took the SAT's and did horrible.

I didn't send the scores to my high school yet it some how ended up on my transcript.

I want it removed because I don't want this to lower my chances of getting accepted into college.

Can I take legal action if the school denies?

How do I get it removed from my transcript?

I'm not taking the SAT again.

If I get them removed off my transcript will the colleges see them?

Real answers please.

  1. Have you talked to your counselor? I know for the ACT you can choose to send your scores to colleges or not but the school keeps record of your scores. The final ACT scores you send to colleges are all they look at, no other scores.

I'm not sure about the SAT. You need to ask the principal or your school counselor who handles school records. I don't think they can leave the SAT on your transcripts. But I'm not really sure.
