Can I request paternity test even if the mother requested a test for diffrent alleged father?

My ex gf for 2 yrs slept with me and another guy in less than 5 days... she gave birth I requested that paternity test to be done..she told me the state will mail me regarding paternity...when i checked i found that she filed the other guy as alleged father. Can i still file with teh child support enfocement an application and have them test me. I do not want to leave any chance for her to make under the table agreament with the other guy. If its mine I want to be involved. I live in diffrenet state so i have almost no contact with her. she ignores all the contacts to tell me what is going on. I do not know when she gave birth what gender or all any thing

you need to file with the punitive father registry and request paternity

Yes you can... this happened to my friend.... He went to child protective services  I think and got a DNA test without the moms approval and he wound up being the childs father.... So if this other guy didn't get a paternity test and proved he is the father then you have every right too
