Can I reset a password for a Mylo com-2?

I recently purchased a Mylo Com-2 used. Unfortunately, I do not have the old users password to access it. I am not able to contact the old user to ask them either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to restore factory settings to restore the phone back to the way it was as it came from the box
