Can I restore deleted video's?

I just accidentally clicked format on my camcorder - which deleted all my video's (which were saved to a disc inside the camcorder). I know you can restore deleted images from a camera - but can you do the same with video's on a disc?? If so, how?? HELP!!

If you deleted them off a disc in your camera, they're most likely gone for good. If you deleted them off a hard drive, there is software that can find the files that have been set to be deleted, and tell the computer to keep them, thus restoring the files.
