Can I retrieve files deleted from a USB?

I deleted some of my files from the USB flash disk. Can these files be restored? What are the ways? What are programs which could help?

I'm sorry there are no programs that can restore deleted files from a USB. I don't think they can be retrieved.

As far as I know, there is no way to recover them from a USB.  It might be a good idea to make a backup of everything that is on it and save it to your PC or another USB once a day/week/month (depending on how often you use it) in case it happens again.
