Can I return keys to Lowes?

I had 4 keys made at Lowes yesterday and none of them work. Can I return them and get my money back?

You shouldn't even be asking us. Go there and demand your money back. Who cares about whatever "policies" they have? Your policy is that you get what you pay for. Tell the manager this if necessary.

Most likely they will just give you your money back, no questions asked. And I assume you have the receipt?
