Can I return this item to Kohl's and get refunded?

I bought a pair of basketball shoes from Kohl's (in California) yesterday but I would like to return them for a refund.

But I do not see any "return/refund period" anywhere on the receipt or on their website. (I usually see 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, and so on, for other stores.)

Do they accept return items regardless of the date purchased?

(I'm out-of-town for a few weeks.)

I used my credit card but will they refund my credit card, or just going to give me a store credit?

I still have the dated original receipt of the shoes.

If you have the reciept they should refund it to your credit card. if you don't you will get a store credit. They should return them especially if its been less then 30 days
