Can I return used Clinique items to Macys?

I bought the 3 step skin cleansers along with a brow pencil at a Clinique counter at Macys about a week ago. I noticed that the purple bottle burned my face and made it even dryer than normal and that the Dramatically Different Moisturizer didnt really seep into my skin and just made me look shiny and greasy after an hour or so. Im really unhappy with it and want to return it.

I started reading reviews of the product and keep seeing that this line isnt good for skin at all.

So I was wondering if i could I return the unused portions? If so, will I get it in the way I paid for it, or will it be a gift card form?

I would return it and state the reasons why you're returning.  If you're not happy - don't keep the product.   As long as you have a receipt, you should get paid back with no problems.  If the sales people give you a hard time, talk to a manager.

I know that you can return used products as long as they are only "gently" used. Like if you have a half bottle of everything, you probably can't return it, but if you just used it once then you can definitely return it. I did that with foundation from Clinique

i got the same thing and i wish i could return it my ma tried to return it and they said NO sorry.

Clinique is good about returns. As long as you have the original sales invoice, they're supposed to take the unused portion back.

Clinique is pretty good about returning stuff but i think after you return it you have to buy something with the money you got from clinique. i'm not sure though, but i love clinique makeup XD

i'm pretty sure you can also returned the used bottles if you are unsatisfied. im nto sure whether it would be in gidt card form or moneythough.
