Can I rewrite DVC Tapes?

Hello, I use a Sony camcorder with DVC tapes. Since I transfered the videos from the tape to the computer and burned them on a DVD, is it possible for me to keep rewriting the tapes so I don't have to purchase more tapes. For example, I have a full tape that I burned to a dvd. Can I use that tape, rewind it to the beginning, and then record OVER the information? Does that work for DVC tapes? Thanks for answering!

Yeah, just use your camcorder to rewind to the start of the tape, then just start recording again.
