To be more specific am I aloud to ride a gas powered mini bike in Harrison Township, PA? I mean like on streets and back roads.

  1. You could, everybody could, mini-bikes are not illegal only because they don't run faster then 40mph and you must  have a 49cc or below to ride it legally. Good Luck.


  2. Tomorrow, call your local law enforcement office on their non-emergency line, ask for an officer and ask that officer your question. They are usually very happy to help.
