Can I ride bicycle in melbourne CBD?

can I ride bicycle in the whole city? how about ride Tricycle?

and if I have onw tricycle, can I use it to earn money(like take some torists around the city)in city? like the Chariot did in city?~

You can ride a bike anywhere in Australia including CBD's - just make sure you were a bicycle helmet as that is the law here.

The tricycle thing - you will have to contact the Melbourne city council about that one.
