I need to practice for cross country and the time trail is on Aug 21. So far I can run 2 miles in 17 mins 30 seconds. That's 7 mins and 30 seconds left to run another mile. I havn't actually tried to run 3 miles yet. I can run about 1 mile, maybe a mile and a half straight without stopping. I walk for about 10-20 seconds and than i run like 2/6th of a mile and than stop and walk again. I run 2 miles every day. I plan to start running 3 miles a day on monday. Can I do it?
