  1. Yes:

Under Queensland’s electoral law, the public has the right to view the electoral roll. You can view the State electoral roll and the Federal electoral roll for free.

The most recent Queensland electoral roll was printed on 19 August 2006. A new roll will be printed when the roll is closed for the next State election.

Printed copies of State electoral rolls can be purchased by calling SDS Publication on 07 3118 6900. They are also available from Court Houses, some Queensland Government Agencies and the Electoral Commission of Queensland.

You can view the Queensland portion of the electoral roll in electronic format at the Electoral Commission of Queensland (Level 6, Forestry House

    160 Mary Street

    Brisbane 4000

(Office hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)), or at an Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) office within Queensland. Phone the AEC on 132 326 for an office closest to you.
