Can I see how many people are visiting my yahoo group?

I have a yahoo group. I have added lots of animations and cool stuff to the description box. Is there any code or something that I can add to the description box so I can see how many people are visiting the yahoo group? I don't want to spend any money, either. Does anyone have a solution?
