Can I sell homemade supplements?

Can I blend herbs and put them in capsules and sell them on eBay?

Do I have to state them as "Not FDA Approved"?

Here's the link for the pdf for the new regulations that the FDA came out with in December '06 for selling and labeling alternative products. It's ridiculously long but has some good info.

if it works patent it! you could make millions.....for giving you the idea, and if you do make millions, i demand 1000000 dollars for the idea

anyone can sell anything on ebay, but yes you will need to put in the not fda approved....
