you can sell goldfish in front of your house but you need to make sure you're selling it to a person who will take care of it.

But if you really get into business you might want to consider getting a permit so you can have a steady stream of business from your local store. when my guppies have fry that's what im going to do. good luck with it.

it depends.. if you're just selling a few that you no longer want as pets i think it would be fine... but just ask around with your friends and you'll probably find someone.
