Can I sell my land without my husband signing?

My husband and I had bought 2 acres of land. He has disappeared and I believe he has no intention of coming back and I was wondering before I go to a lawyer if I can sell the land without his signature.

  1. I would keep the records to show you have been paying the property taxes. It would definitely show in your favor
