You can TRY to sell floss on eBay.

No guarantee that anyone will buy it though :)

Depends on what you've been flossing. If it's after a great steak meal and there are tidbits of the ribeye available then you might have some buyers.  I'm not sure you would have much luck with the leftovers from fast food items or even the  high amounts of plaque you have between your ears, oops I mean teeth.

You can sell anything you want on Ebay, its up to the public to buy it though.  You better have a great sales pitch cause if not it may end up costing you money.
