Can I send a group email and prevent people seeing all the other email adresses?

members of any group can only see up to the @ of e-mails while on the groups home page. members set to individual mail will see other members full addresses when they post.

there is an option to allow members to choose to hide their e-mails but this has it's flaws.

1) it's not a whole group effecting setting; each member would have to choose this per their own memebrship settings

2) if members do choose this, they can only post from the group site and not from their own e-mail

3) and the worst, the group looses the polls feature due to polls being based on e-mail

Yes you can, simply click on forward and then "In line text" It will open your send page and you delete all other information of senders on that page before you send the e-mail.
