He won two of my auctions and then complained about the shipping charges. After telling him that if he had a problem with the shipping, he should've said something before winning the auctions. I then told him to not send the payment for the items because I refuse to sell to someone who is going to complain about reasonable shipping charges that are clearly stated. The next day after that message, he sent me the payment for the items.Do I have the right to send his full payment back and relist my items?
