Can I set up a table and sell Nascar items at a Nascar race?

I have basically an entire Nascar retail store who sold all their inventory to me, and I want to sell it at a Nascar race. Any idea on how to do that? Licenses, red tape, fees????

Thanks in advance!

  1. I think you can just set it up as long as you are out of the area that you need to be searched to get in.

  2. Need a vendors license, approval of Nascar, and approval from each individual track...........

and you Will have to pay at each track a fee for setting up.

and mind you, you will have to get approval of the setup you are gonna put up at the track, for safety regulations.

it takes paper work and money to be able to do this.

    good luck

  3. What dianne m said. Wouldn't be surprised if all NASCAR tracks said no.

Do it at a Park n Swap.

  4. What Wooley Booley said !!

Maybe even try renting a booth at a flea market!

  5. Just promise NASCAR the majority of your profits and you'll have no problem

  6. You will have to get a vendors license through Nascar and the track you are going to...., not sure of the fees but i imagine same as business license for that area or state....Good Luck

  7. I doubt it very much thta they will let you sell anything at the track or on the track property.

You would be better off if you ga your self a both and sell it at a hobby/collector show

  8. most people sell at a nearby parking lot or if houses are nearby maybe make a deal to sell in there yard.

    good luck!!

  9. Nope.....

  10. You will need a license and a friend of mine had to pay a 2,000 fee to set up at Daytona.

  11. need a license

  12. Maybe not at a NA$CAR race, but I would still contact a track or NA$CAR themselves and see.  Another idea is to set up at a local dirt track.

  13. You should consult with the organizers of a specific race.

But even if you can you need to be absolutely certain that the products are official!

    Perhaps comparing them to

    http://www.licensedathletics.com/

    (Nascar section @ http://www.licensedathletics.com/Nascar....

or asking the manufacturers or licensing.

  14. You would have to get a local vendors license and then get permission from the track and probably pay fees. Your best bet would be to sell off of the tracks property but close by.
