If you wish to settle in the United States upon graduation from a U.S. university then you will need an employer to sponsor you for either a temporary work visa (H classification) or a green card.

The other option is to marry a U.S. citizen.

Without either of those you have no option to reside in the U.S. permanantly once you have graduated.
