Can I setup a Tivowith CableCARD through internet to get HD channels without connecting to wall jack?

I am trying to setup this in a different country using high speed internet so I can watch my channels when I am travelling like if i was in the US and I will be able to use Tivo

Tivo isn't going to do what you want.

You might check out Slingbox and see if it will work for you.

No.... The internet connection only provides the TiVO with guide data and software updates..  You need to have it connected to the cable jack to get any programming.  You can however bring it with you and watch shows that you have already recorded....
