Can I ship cosmetics over air?

My mom wants to send some makeup to people but can she do it by usps? I know she can't send perfume because I coincidentally heard it when the employee told the customer at the post office. But how about stuff like powdered makeup, lipsticks, lotions, shampoos?

Of course you can...including perfume.  Just GO to the post office and ask for yourself...to get the correct info.  I have ordered perfume on-line and it has been sent through the mail with no problem.  She also has the option of using UPS or FED-EX, or DHL.
