Can I ship wedding favours, etc. to Mexico?

We are having our wedding at a resort in Mexico. I would like to have gift bags ready for all of our guests on arrival. It would be a real pain and very expensive to have to carry them all in my luggage. My resort is not being very helpful (big surprise) and they say that they cannot accept delivery shipments. What can I do?

Does anyone have recommendations for how to ship to Mexico? Has anyone used a Mailboxes Etc. post-office box for deliveries in Mexico before?

As a sub-question, I'm looking for vendors that can personalize the gift bags (e.g. print our names and the date on various items). Any suggestions for companies in Mexico that can do this or even companies that will ship to Mexico?

I think http://www.MomentsofElegance.com or http://www.Save-On-Crafts.com can do this for you.  Both of them use a company called http://www.BongoUS.com to ship to Mexico.  Basically, the goods have to be shipped to CT and they handle all the paperwork and transportation.  They also give their customers 50% off DHL prices.  However, you will need someone to be able to receive them.  I don't see why the hotel wouldn't accept the delivery.  You may want to speak to a manager.
