Can I shoot a .22 caliber gun in my backyard?

I own a ruger 10/22 and I live in Laveen Arizona. Which is like a county and i would like to know if i cant shoot my rifle in my backyard. I have proper backstops and everything i also live on an acre on a quite dirt road.

  1. As long as you do not allow any pellets to leave the shooting area and there is no roads right near.


  2. You should be fine as long as you arent very close to any neighbors.

    No, you wont need a permit unless you are hunting. Always have supervision.
