Question:

Can I skip a day of working out?

I worked out monday, tuesday, and wednesday (this week), and I just had my first real day of school. Frankly, I'm exhausted.

If I skipped today and instead worked out harder than usual tomorrow...is there anything bad about that? I feel guilty, but I just want to get some sleep tonight.

  1. You sound like you are in great shape, i wouldn't feel guilty about skipping 1 day of exercising. Just make sure that you don't skip to many days at a time because you will quickly lose your strength and stamina.  


  2. Sure, don't work yourself too hard though! It can be unhealthy if you work yourself too hard. Just be sure to work yourself just right and don't feel guilty about skipping one day... just don't skip too many days like the person above me said.
