Can I skip year 13 and go directly to university at NZ?

I have get 92 in TOEFL iBT test. And i need to apply now, for i'm also applying a scholarship now. i only have this chance, but the website said that i need to study one year in the university here. is ther any exception for me to enter?

i can meet their requirement by year 2009, and what i apply now is in 2010. so is it possible for them to give me the admission so that i can get that scholarship?

Kia Ora. You'll probably be ok as long as all the other requirements are met. Id suggest emailing the person in charge of the scholorship and letting them know all your circumstances. Good luck!
