Can I snowboard in these places in october?

Question

So I will be taking a road trip the 2nd week of October. Going from Denver to Mount Rushmoor, Devils Tower, Yellowstone (old Faithful), Salt Lake city, and Aspen on our way back to Denver. I'm from the south so i have no idea if it snows near these places that time of year. I really want to try snowboarding if possible. Will any of these places or surrounding areas have snow? What place is my best bet? Also and must see spots along the way in or on the way to these places that I must stop and see? Thanks for the help.

you are out of luck as far as snowboarding goes in mid october---might not even be cold enough to consistently make snow yet..last year many resorts didnt open 'til late nov-early december...but you never know what each winter will bring

Check Arapahoe Basin(A-Basin) or Loveland Colorado I believe they usually open first
