Can I solder copper wires from a electric boat lift mechanism together using resin safely?

On my boat lift I have a electric lift but the cords have been pulled out. They're four separate copper wires that look okay to solder. Is it safe and can I solder the wires back to there original connections?

and disconnect power before soldering, you can never be too safe.

yes, use a silver based solder, make sure that you cover them with insulating resin asap-good luck
