  1. i dont think it will be sutch a wise decicion to go without a visa since some countries requierevisa to decide if get in.  And if u would happen to get in some trouble with police they wouldnt have some thing to recognize u from.  Even if u make it it would be reall wisely to have one or other wise i dont think they will let u in.  But u know u dont know when things will happen so its always important to go prepared.

  2. It depends on your country of origin.  If it is the US, Canada or any of the EU countries you  just need a valid passport.  Generally if your country requires a visa of one of the countries you are visiting, that same country will require a visa of you.  Happy traveling.

  3. Assuming you are a U.S. or Canadian full passport holder, you could do theoretically, but not on the spot, as you describe it. It would need a certain kind of pre-planning since you are limited on travel in Central Europe.

    • The Schengen Agreement is signed by all central European countries, except Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

    • It guarantees US or Canadian passport holders a visa free travel for tourist purposes of 90 days within a 180 day period to all Schengen countries.

A sample travel itinerary could look like this.

    • start with travel through several Schengen countries for 90 days

    • proceed to the U.K. and Ireland, flight to Switzerland, flight to non-Schengen countries on the balkan peninsula and eastern Europe (except Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus), for  120 days.

    • another tour through Schengen countries for 90 days

So you would be on a 10-month trip through Europe without a visa requirement.

Information on Schengen countries, or visa requirements can be obtained from the following links.

  4. If you have a EU passport you can travel wherever and for as long as you like within the European Union.

Australian, Canadian, New Zealander and US passport holders are automatically granted a visa and can spend up to 90 days out of every 180 days in what is called the Schengen Zone (just about all of Europe these days).  So, if you've stayed 90 days in the Schengen zone, you will need to spend the next 90 days out of it in, say, the UK, Eastern Europe, North Africa, before reentering for a further 90 days.  You cannot, for instance, spend two months in Spain, a month in France, a month in Germany.
