Can I splice Candles' Glow onto an arcane creature enchantment so I have the spell forever.?

No you can't do that...and what enchantment is a spirit or arcane type? I don't there are any in the first place .

heh wow sarah....

ok so you can splice candles glow onto an arcane creature enchanment however it wont keep the spell forever because it says "to target creature or player this turn". so once your turn is over, it the effect goes away.
