I'm in decent good shape, like pretty fit, and play competitive tennis well.

  1. It is sort of too late, and 25 years old is already really old for a gymnast. Usually people start when they were really young like 5, and train HARD, up to 6 hours a day.

  2. it is not common..and most gymnasts your age have been training for almost half their lives...but if you are determined and put your mind to it, in sure you will be fine

  3. Honestly, gymnastics isn't something you pick up at age 21 and suddenly, you do great at it. A lot is required to become a great competitor in gymnastics. They include: strength, balance, focus, flexibility, among many others.

On the other hand, if you're a natural, I suppose any thing's possible. Those that do well by age 21 have been training since they first learned to walk.

I guess what I mean is.... go for it! Why not?!

  4. Looks to me that if you move to China, You can start when you're 12, not 21.
