  1. It varies from company to company, but most will cover you on your parents policy until about 25 or until your address changes from your parents address.

They may have exceptions for college.

You need to talk to your insurance company.

  2. What type of insurance? Health. auto or?

For health insurance with almost all carriers you will be drooped when you turn 18 unless you are a full time student.  Assurant health is the only company I know of that will carry you as long as you are dependent on your parents for financial support even if you are not in college.

For auto, I am not sure of the rules.

In any case your best bet is to call your parents agent for the 100% ccorrect answer.

  3. As long as you are in the household up till you are 21. If you are in school and at home you can stay until you are 24. This may vary by state. I am in ohio and just had a situation of the same. Best Wishes!

  4. Depends on your company policy and type of plan.

Some will carry children as long as they are enrolled in college, up 2 age 24.

  5. It varies by policy.  Most policies will cover a full time student until they turn 22 or 23.  If you're not in school any more, it's usually 18 or 19.

But, each policy is different.  You'll have to call them and ask.
