  1. no. u need to buy a passport. i need to get one tooo


  2. as long as you are walking or driving then you are ok with that for right now.

  3. You dont need anything to go into Tijuana, unless you get picked for inspection which is unlikely. You need a CDL to get back into California. You wont need a passport until 01/01/08.
