Can I still do lucid dream tonight?

Can I still lucid dream if I don't keep a dream journal but always just remeber my dreams? and how come when I am always in my dreams I forget to do reality checks and ask myself if im dreaming?

Never kept journals. Never reality check. Just matters on how obsessed you are with lucid dreaming. If you think about doing it a lot it will get to a point that you preoccupy your every thought with it and then you just naturally do it every night.
