Can I still file and get a refund for my 2007 State tax return?

I'm pretty sure I will be getting a refund as I made very little money in 2007, but I haven't filed my state tax return yet. Is it too late?

I live in Hawaii.

You need to file a federal return first.  If you are due a state refund, you have only 3 years to file to receive the refund.  After 3 years, you are required to file but they will not give you the refund.  But if you are liable to file, refund or owe, you are required to file even after the third year.
