Can I still get a passport if Im going thru a divorce?

Im going thru a divorce and dont know the final date yet and need to know if I can still get a passport or do I have to wait til it is final? The beach in Mexico is calling my name and I need to get away! Please help!

You can. It will have to be in your married name until the nisi. Then you can revert back to your maiden name.
