I was in a car wreck that wasnt my fault. I was traveling with my ex husband from California to North Carolina and it was his turn to drive my car and let me rest when we was hit by a tractor trailor and the car was totaled. It was a hit and run in the state of Oklahoma. When I went to make my claim with AAA they said who was the driver.I said my ex husband was and they said he was put down as a excluded driver of my car.I didn't know he was excluded cause when I had just purchased the insurance or should I say have his name separated from it so i could make my own payments with my name on it . If iI knew he was excluded i would have never signed the paper knowing he suppose to help me driver cross country. Now I have a huge carnote bill I refuse to pay cause I was not at fault and i was only guilty of not getting clarity on what I was signing. It was New Years eve and the office was about to close and the insurance agent rushed me.I only had the insurance 8 days and the accident happened.
