Can I still get pregnant if I havent had my period in 3 months?

I took a pregnancy test a month ago, which came up negative, but I had s*x a week ago, and now im just worried about the pre-ejaculatory fluid. Since I havent had a period in three months, i dont even know where I should be in my cycle so I'm completely lost! anyone have any ideas?

YEs, you can still get pregnant just because your not having your menstrual doesn't mean you r not ovulating you could be going through a hormonal change or you may have just either gained or lost a lot of weight either is an issue for your doct. to determine to make sure that your not if thats what you want, or to make sure you get proper care for you and or your baby if thats what you choose, depends on stresing issues also have a lot to do with your menstrual being off

Yes, you can.  It partially depends WHY you haven't had your period.  Basically, if you're still young and fertile, you don't know WHERE you are in your cycle.  For instance, a woman who has recently had a child, and is breast feeding may go months with no period but can still get pregnant...just ask my wife.  A girl who has never had a period can get pregnant....she may be starting her first cycle.
