Can I still get rimless glasses with this prescription?

I have somewhere between -3 and -4 nearsightendness and around a +4 farsightedness

they're going to be thick, and might look funny.  personally, i wouldn't get them, but the eye doctor will do it with that Rx.

Find a frame that is small and your eyes sit in the middle of the lense where there is almost zero decentration (if your optician does not know what that is, you need to go somewhere else...) Order lenses with an index of 1.70. Get AR coating and polished edges. You would be amazed. I have a -5.75 in one eye and a -6.75 in the other. I have this and they are really nice. The thinnest lense and the least amount of decentration are very important.
