sorry to say, but you are not going to reach 5feet tall when your around those age your done growing.

well everyone has a different body type like im 14 and 5'8 but mainly you\ve done growing but you still will a bit as for guys its different because they're growth spurt comes when theyre older

age doesnt matter at all. it just depends on your body type. some people grow later. thats all there is to it.

i have heard tons of crazy things like one year after you started getting you period you stop growing (i don't know if this is true) but girls usually stop growing around 7 8 and 9 grade hope this helps at all

Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

Under eating can stunt your growth as well.

Girls usually stop growing at 15 but sometimes growth continues until 18 but this is uncommon and in some extremely rare and almost unheard of cases growth continues until 21.

yes, you dont stop growing til your 20 or so. I knew someone that was 5'3 freshman year at high school and he was at least 5'11 by senior year.
